Senior Associate – SAP PM/EAM Public Cloud, SAP, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud implementations, responsible for designing, configuring, testing and deploying SAP EAM/PM solutions across Greenfield, Brownfield and Selective Data Transition projects.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for asset management, maintenance operations, preventive and predictive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, calibration management, and maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops for S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Design SAP EAM/PM solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices and industry standards.
• Prepare Functional Specifications and Solution Design Documents.
• Configure SAP PM/EAM processes including functional locations, equipment master, classification and characteristics, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, task lists, maintenance plans, measuring points and counters, work centers, and permits and safety management.
• Configure SAP Fiori applications related to Asset Management.
• Implement S/4HANA Public Cloud scope items and Private Cloud best practices.
• Work closely with SAP MM, SAP WM/EWM, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PS, SAP Finance (FI/CO) and SAP Asset Accounting (AA).
• Support integration with SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM), SAP Asset Performance Management (APM), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Mobile Asset Management (Service and Asset Manager).
• Participate in requirement workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, user training, go-live and hypercare support.
• Prepare and execute unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support data migration of equipment masters, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, open work orders and measuring points, working with the SAP Migration Cockpit and data conversion tools.
• Create and maintain business process documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials and functional specifications.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.

What you'll need

• 4-10 years of SAP experience.
• Mandatory skills: SAP PM/EAM, S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud, end-to-end (E2E) implementation.
• Required skills: SAP HCM Implementation, SAP S/4HANA.
• Degree in Bachelor of Engineering or MBA (Master of Business Administration). Education qualifications listed: B.Tech./B.E./MBA/M.Tech./M.E./MCA/CA/CMA/ICWA.
