Senior Business Analyst - Ecommerce

Overview

Assist with planning, reviewing and optimising Commerce campaigns while supporting the team in reporting and managing client accounts.

What you'll do

• Execute and optimise client campaigns across marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Swiggy and others.
• Work closely with the AdOps team and Managers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Assist in campaign structuring, targeting, creatives and optimisations.
• Monitor performance and track success metrics.
• Prepare reports and assist in analysis of digital activity.
• Provide inputs and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and campaign updates.
• Understand client briefs and support identification of opportunities.

What you'll need

• Any Graduate or MBA with 1.5–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in Amazon Ads or marketplace platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to tools like Helium 10, Amazon Pi, Amazon Drona.
