Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead – Order to Cash, Global Trade & Service (SAP SD/GTS)

Overview

Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead responsible for global ownership of Order-to-Cash, Trade Compliance, Logistics Execution, and Service business processes, with SAP functional expertise and transformation leadership.

What you'll do

• Own and lead global Order-to-Cash processes including opportunity management, customer master governance, sales order processing, pricing/rebates, ATP, delivery, billing, invoicing, and returns.
• Lead logistics execution capabilities covering transportation management, export operations, warehouse fulfillment, and third-party logistics coordination.
• Drive trade compliance activities including export control, customs management, embargo screening, and trade classification/compliance governance.
• Design and govern service operations including warranty management, installed base service orders, service contracts, and field service processes.
• Lead solution design and consulting by running workshops, gathering requirements, creating future-state models, and preparing/reviewing functional specifications.
• Lead UAT and support deployment planning and hypercare, while governing AMS providers and implementation partners.

What you'll need

• 12–15 years SAP experience in a BA role.
• 8+ years SAP SD/GTS consulting experience.
• Experience in Global Sales & Supply programmes.
• Functional expertise in SAP SD including pricing and rebates.
• Functional expertise in SAP GTS compliance management including customs and risk assessment.
• Transformation knowledge across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including SAP Activate and SAP Signavio.
