Senior Client Project Manager

Overview

Senior Client Project / Program Manager leading and directing concurrent standard or complex client projects, and coordinated management of related projects within a program, from original concept through final implementation and handover to Operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects, and manage multiple related projects directed towards a common objective within a programme.
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as the single point of contact to the client.
• Ensure the project/programme delivers the as-sold solution, remains within the baselined budget, is delivered on time, and maintains quality criteria and client satisfaction.
• Manage delivery of the project/programme, including rigorous scope control and change management.
• Document and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure clear and concise communications to all stakeholders.
• Provide pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project or programme solution, including completing a proposal.
• Present our delivery approach to clients as part of a tender process where required.
• Identify opportunities and influence the sale by conducting business conversations with the client, positioning NTT Ltd consulting and technical services offerings.
• Coordinate activities of project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management.

• Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, evaluating and adapting complex techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Advanced Project Management degree or equivalent with advanced related experience.
• Advanced demonstrated project/programme management experience, preferably in a multinational Professional Services environment.
• Advanced client engagement experience.
• Advanced demonstrated understanding of the project/programme life cycle.
• Advanced demonstrated competency in project/programme change management.
• Advanced proven experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.

Nice to have

• Relevant project management certifications, preferably PMP.
• ITIL certification.
