Senior Collaboration Services Architect

Overview

Design managed collaboration service solutions for clients, working with sales and delivery teams to create secure, innovative, multi-year service solutions that integrate technology and service design.

What you'll do

• Guide a virtual team of experts to develop multi-year service solutions that meet client requirements.
• Lead the creation and validation of service designs, working across multiple teams and partners to ensure supportability and mitigate risks.
• Map client requirements against proposed service elements and architectures to develop end-to-end solutions involving cloud services, technology architectures, SIAM, SLA, and ITSM leading practices.
• Consolidate clients' needs, scope, and transition documents to make the digital transformation roadmap clear.
• Support sales teams in presenting architecture solutions to clients, focusing on cost savings and uncovering growth opportunities.
• Share client outcomes and market conditions with stakeholders to help evolve strategies and develop future solutions.
• Provide coaching and mentoring, act as an advisor in service design situations, and ensure a smooth transition to service delivery teams.

What you'll need

• Advanced proficiency in collaboration managed services and knowledge of managed services delivery models.
• Strong skills in working with costing models alongside sales and finance teams.
• Expertise in facilitating workshops and presentations to discover requirements and obtain client buy-in.
• Advanced experience in designing collaboration managed services for large enterprises and structuring multi-year contracts.
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology trends and managed services integration.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for industry best practices.
• Ability to communicate the value of solutions to all stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed organization.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Systems or a related field.
