Senior Cost Manager (SCM)

Overview

Senior Cost Manager (SCM) role focused on civil cost management for Middle East projects, including feasibility estimates, cost plans, and BOQ support, with client and team coordination.

What you'll do

• Support feasibility cost estimates and develop detailed cost plans and BOQ for Middle East projects.
• Perform quantity take-off from design information at various design stages.
• Apply understanding of construction methodology in cost estimation activities.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risk related to design and cost estimates.
• Use measurement codes such as NRM, POMI, and CESMM.
• Collaborate with the team to raise RFIs to optimize deliverables.
• Deliver cost plans for occupier and investor clients from inception to completion.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a QS/CM technical background.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Developed verbal, numerical, and report/proposal writing skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Preferably experience with CostX.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage flexible schedules.
