Senior Customer Success Engineer

Overview

Senior Customer Success Engineer responsible for long-term technical customer outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform.

What you'll do

• Configure customer accounts and customize backup policies and storage.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization, including admin portal walk-throughs and support channel introduction.
• Identify migration opportunities by analyzing usage and customer environments.
• Conduct assessments and design protection plans, recommending products and architectures across the Veeam Data Platform.
• Run recovery simulations and apply DRMM to track and report resilience posture, including quarterly resilience reports.
• Monitor churn risk signals, define mitigation plans, and support renewal strategy with technical insights.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
• Advanced level of English.
• Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting/automation, cloud platforms, and DR&R best practices.
• Experience designing and executing protection plans, migrations, and recovery simulations.
• VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire within an agreed timeframe).
