Senior Customer Value Architect

Overview

Senior Customer Value Architect accountable for adoption, value realization, and account health across a portfolio of existing customers at Mixpanel.

What you'll do

• Own onboarding outcomes and drive customers to first realized value, including complex accounts.
• Own the overall onboarding program and coordinate activities across workstreams.
• Map business objectives to use cases and set measurable baselines for value proof.
• Build structured change-management plans for migration and re-implementation accounts.
• Lead customer enablement and training to increase usage of Mixpanel.
• Monitor product usage and account health signals, running regular business reviews.
• Quantify value against baseline and lead QBRs, partnering while staying out of pricing.

What you'll need

• 6–8+ years of experience in Customer Success, consulting, or other client-facing roles.
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS accounts, including complex multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Ownership of structured programs or project plans spanning multiple workstreams and partners.
• Comfort working directly with data (read dashboards, reason about event taxonomy).
• Track record building executive-level relationships for ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
• Experience building adoption or value plans tied to measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling, including MCP-based workflows.
