Customer Value Architect

Overview

Customer Value Architect responsible for adoption, value realization, and account health for an existing customer portfolio at Mixpanel, from onboarding through a renewal-ready handoff.

What you'll do

• Own onboarding outcomes and drive time-to-value for account portfolios through first realized customer value.
• Create account success plans by mapping business objectives to use cases and setting measurable adoption/value baselines.
• Lead customer enablement and training using dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling.
• Monitor product usage and account health signals, and run regular business reviews to surface adoption gaps early.
• Quantify value delivered against baseline and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and value reviews with partner teams.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with technical stakeholders using fluency in data models and product metrics.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or consulting for B2B SaaS accounts.
• Comfort working directly with data, including reading dashboards and understanding event taxonomies.
• Experience managing relationships across stakeholders from practitioners to business executives.
• Experience building and running structured adoption/success plans tied to measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling involving MCP-based workflows, LLM copilots, or similar.
