Senior Designer- BIM (Electrical)

Overview

Senior Designer specializing in Electrical BIM using Autodesk Revit MEP to create and coordinate electrical models and documentation for complex projects.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain electrical BIM models in Autodesk Revit from concept/design stages through IFC.
• Model and coordinate electrical systems such as lighting, small power, containment, fire alarm, earthing & lightning protection, and equipment/panel layouts.
• Produce electrical deliverables including layouts, schematics, schedules, sections, and construction/IFC documentation.
• Translate engineering drawings, specifications, markups, and design intent into BIM models and perform QA/QC self-checks.
• Coordinate electrical services with HVAC, PHE, ELV, architectural, structural, and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks and Revizto and support coordination meetings.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit MEP – Electrical.
• Proficiency in Navisworks and Revizto for coordination and clash resolution.
• Understanding of electrical design and BIM modelling workflows.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project-specific modelling procedures.
• Ability to independently review and quality-check models.
• 8–10+ years of relevant Electrical BIM/Revit experience (preferred).
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.

• Location: Gurugram, HARYANA, India.
• Middle East and Data Center/Healthcare/Sports Arena project experience is preferred.
