Senior Director, Salesforce Platform

Overview

Leads Finastra’s global Salesforce platform strategy, governance, investment and business outcomes. Oversees platform products, architecture, engineering, delivery, operations and a global organization.

What you'll do

• Define the enterprise Salesforce vision, target architecture and multi-year roadmap.
• Own portfolio planning, funding recommendations and benefits realization.
• Establish governance, decision rights, standards and platform controls.
• Lead product ownership across Salesforce domains and standardize reusable capabilities.
• Oversee architecture, data, integration, engineering quality and platform resilience.
• Provide executive oversight of global delivery, service ownership and operational commitments.
• Lead strategic vendor relationships and build a high-performing global organization.

What you'll need

• Significant senior leadership experience with a complex, enterprise-scale technology platform or product portfolio.
• Experience delivering multi-year business and technology transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Experience influencing C-suite leaders and making enterprise investment trade-offs.
• Proven leadership of global, multidisciplinary teams and strategic partner ecosystems.
• Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales, Service, Revenue, Marketing, Experience and MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, CRM data, integrations, security, licensing and release management.
• Experience managing substantial technology budgets, portfolios, contracts and vendor performance.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant Salesforce architecture, product or platform certifications.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, product management, Agile-at-scale or service management.
• Experience in financial services, regulated technology or a global software organization.
