Senior Director,Technical Program Management (SAP Programs)

Overview

Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs across Finance, ERP, Compliance, and Corporate Functions, including SAP modernization and finance transformation. Own program strategy, governance, execution, and delivery across global business functions.

What you'll do

• Lead a portfolio of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Establish governance, operating mechanisms, risk frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Drive programs from planning through deployment and business adoption.
• Define transformation roadmaps with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, and Technology teams.
• Drive process harmonization across global regions.
• Lead SOX, ITGC, financial systems governance, risk, and audit-readiness initiatives.
• Manage consulting partners, systems integrators, and external vendors.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of program management, PMO, transformation, or enterprise delivery experience.
• Experience leading a large-scale greenfield ECC-to-S4HANA migration.
• Experience leading multifunctional, multigeography teams.
• Experience working with consulting companies.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change.
