Senior Domain Engineering Specialist- Vault & Cloud

Overview

Serve as a senior technical advisor helping strategic customers improve data resilience, cyber recovery, Vault adoption, and public cloud architectures.

What you'll do

• Advise strategic accounts on data resilience, security, Vault, and public cloud platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews, resilience assessments, readiness reviews, and solution validations.
• Engage technical and executive stakeholders on resilience, recovery, modernization, and operational practices.
• Guide workload protection and recovery across virtual, physical, SaaS, public cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Analyze telemetry and adoption trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Support teams.
• Deliver technical workshops, executive briefings, and strategic advisory sessions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, cloud engineering, customer success, infrastructure engineering, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in public cloud, cyber resilience, Vault, data protection, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, identity and access, security practices, and infrastructure design.
• Experience with backup, recovery, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, or cyber vaulting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, security, or equivalent certifications.
