Senior Electrical Solutions Engineer

Overview

Senior Electrical Solutions Engineer, a core subject matter expert within Global Solutions Engineering, providing advanced electrical engineering expertise and technical leadership, based in India with cross-regional support to EMEA, APAC, the Americas and other regions.

What you'll do

• Translate complex hyperscale and neocloud/enterprise customer requirements into practical, scalable, resilient and commercially viable data center electrical solutions, with emphasis on high-density compute environments.
• Develop electrical solutions from initial customer requirements through approximately 30% schematic design.
• Produce drawings, single-line diagrams, calculations, equipment selections, technical narratives, basis-of-design documentation and scope definition for Design Management, Procurement and Construction teams.
• Evaluate and develop solutions involving medium- and low-voltage distribution, UPS systems, generators, transformers, switchgear, PDUs/RPPs, busway, rack power distribution, protection and coordination, grounding, metering, power quality and resilient electrical topologies.
• Serve as a senior electrical technical authority during customer discussions, technical workshops, site assessments, due diligence, RFIs/RFPs and solution-development efforts.
• Participate occasionally in customer and internal meetings across multiple time zones.

• Salary range: INR 16,37,209 to INR 23,38,870.
