Senior Engineer

Overview

Senior Engineer role in Bangalore focused on remote commissioning, validation, integration, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems.

What you'll do

• Perform remote commissioning of BMS and HVAC control systems using Niagara N4, NexRev, and Novar.
• Validate controller configurations, control logic, point databases, graphics, alarms, schedules, and trends.
• Commission and verify field devices including sensors, actuators, VFDs, dampers, valves, meters, and controllers.
• Monitor and analyze live system data, alarms, trends, and logs to find functional and performance issues.
• Troubleshoot control logic, network communication, and application-level issues across BMS subsystems.
• Diagnose integration issues across BACnet, Modbus, LON, and IP-based protocols.
• Provide technical support via calls, emails, and remote sessions for live customer issues.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years’ experience in BMS remote commissioning.
• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar background.
• Hands-on knowledge of Niagara Framework (N4) including station setup, backups, restores, and upgrades.
• In-depth understanding of BMS architecture, controllers, and supervisory systems.
• Expertise in HVAC control sequences and building equipment operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot application, controller, and network-level issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical discussions.
