Overview
Senior Engineer / Engineer for PDE Process Control Systems focused on defining and aligning DL4 process control workflows and improving DL4 systems through automation and analytics.
What you'll do
- Define global DL4 matrices including turnaround time, overdue matrices, detection compliance, and Statistical Bin Limits (SBL) reactions.
- Ensure sites adhere to globally aligned DL4 workflows.
- Drive global automation and AI enhancements such as YIT, auto-contain, auto-disposition, and SMAI-assisted detection.
- Oversee universal alignment so DL4 signal signals behave consistently across sites.
- Oversee Assembly and Test specifications and optimize existing DL4 systems via automation.
- Improve test coverage and DL4 using lessons learned, material review boards, and Fail Mode Registers (FMR).
- Perform test program review and release and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance defense line 4 capabilities.
What you'll need
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics.
- Experience with device modelling and simulation using TCAD tools (e.g., Silvaco, Sentaurus) and compact modelling.
- Proficiency in circuit-level analog analysis and validation with tools such as HSPICE.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze electrical test data rigorously.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for package and device failures using multiple data sources.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics, scripting, and statistical modelling using tools such as Python, MATLAB, JMP, and SQL.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
- Education: PhD or M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
