Senior Engineering Executive

Overview

Facilities Executive role at JLL overseeing day-to-day property operations, facility services, security, supplies, contracts, budget and client-facing reporting for a Bengaluru site.

What you'll do

• Oversee the property's day-to-day operations and ensure administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered, working with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager.
• Drive continuous improvement in facilities processes.
• Monitor property supplies and ensure adequate stocks and materials are maintained.
• Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
• Help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures and handling crisis management and business continuity plans.
• Address health and safety issues that arise and actively participate in reviewing them.
• Monitor the property's budget and ensure enough petty cash to support operations.
• Ensure vendor invoice processes comply with standards.
• Take on difficult client issues and seek opportunities to improve operations.
• Keep the team aligned to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
• Carry out routine service audits to maintain overall team performance.
• Create stock reports, meeting minutes and monthly management reports for clients.

What you'll need

• Degree in business or hotel and building management.
• At least three to five years of experience in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of property operations.
• Good working knowledge of occupational safety.
• Aptitude in client-centric operations.
• Proven track record in managing a team.
• Ability to effectively roll out improvement plans.
• Superior communication and reporting skills.
