Senior Engineering Manager, Treatments Platform

Overview

Senior Engineering Manager to evolve Twin Health’s Treatments Platform across nutrition, activity, and medication management.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and grow backend and full-stack engineering teams.
• Set and enforce engineering standards including architecture, design reviews, automated testing, and observability.
• Champion AI-assisted development practices to improve velocity, quality, and metrics impact.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to guide roadmap and improve service quality.
• Drive metrics-driven prioritization using business impact and platform health metrics.
• Integrate and deliver features with the Core AI team using Generative AI and Predictive AI.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel to Menlo Park headquarters for planning workshops.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on backend foundation including microservices, API design, SQL databases, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience architecting and operating production systems at scale (observability, on-call, incident management, performance optimization).
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Demonstrated partnership with product, design, and operations for roadmap governance and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Details

• Work mode: Remote (based out of the U.S.).
• Compensation: $205,000–$235,000 annually.
• Travel: Regular travel to Menlo Park headquarters for workshops and team collaboration.
