Senior enterprise technology engineer

Overview

Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer responsible for network operations infrastructure, design, troubleshooting, service management, and support of enterprise IT operations.

What you'll do

• Plan, design, coordinate, and administer network systems and subsystems.
• Provide third-line network support and resolve operational, incident, and problem issues.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain network and security devices.
• Diagnose network issues and provide remote or in-person repair guidance.
• Manage service metrics, reporting, and service-level activities.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with IT support teams and business stakeholders.
• Enforce applicable regulatory requirements and group standards.

What you'll need

• Graduate degree in any field.
• 8+ years of overall experience.
• Experience handling large IT operations and remote infrastructure management.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and project management.
• ITIL Foundation v3 certification or knowledge.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components and major-incident handling.
• Skills in communication, analysis, client management, task planning, automation, and scripting.

Nice to have

• Cisco or Juniper professional-level certification.
• Fortinet or Juniper SD-WAN knowledge.
• Certification in an ITIL Intermediate module.
• Enterprise network, e-business, and application security knowledge.

• Hybrid office/remote working.
