Overview
The Agentic Transformation team is seeking a Senior Experience Designer (UI/UX) to shape how people, products, and AI agents come together through intuitive, high-quality experiences across Salesforce’s Solutions and Builder ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Design intuitive experiences, tools, and workflows for Solution Engineers, Builders, and Leaders.
- Translate complex user, business, and technical needs into journeys, information architecture, interactions, and interfaces.
- Own design problems from discovery through delivery to bring structure to ambiguity.
- Use research, feedback, usage data, and experimentation to validate concepts and improve experiences.
- Prototype and test ideas rapidly, including to make emerging technologies tangible.
- Create polished UI and visual experiences aligned with Salesforce design systems and accessibility standards.
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience (UX and UI design, accessibility, inclusive and human-centred design).
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and visual communication to explore and communicate ideas.
- Experience using research, feedback, experimentation, and evidence to inform design decisions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across Design, Engineering, Product, Strategy, and Solutions teams.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly generative AI and agentic systems, and willingness to experiment.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with adaptability and initiative.
