What you'll do
- Drive and execute an ambitious product design strategy for your team.
- Frame problems and explore solutions with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science.
- Design end-to-end flows covering multiple personas (IT Admin, Security admins, End-user).
- Ensure cohesive, responsive experiences across desktop, mobile web, and dedicated applications.
- Apply accessibility standards and platform-specific design patterns.
- Present work, concepts, and new ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Champion thoughtful use of AI in the design process, including vibe-coding for generative prototyping.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant work experience as a product designer.
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Balsamiq and/or similar design tools.
- Portfolio showing shipped B2B or enterprise products.
- Experience incorporating AI into your design process, including crafting prompts for scaled work.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy, design system adherence, and ease of use.
- Expertise designing responsive, accessible, and inclusive experiences across device types.
