Senior Finance Analyst, BP&A

Overview

Senior Finance Analyst role on the BP&A Operations team, partnering with US stakeholders to deliver operational finance insights across inventory, COGS, and related KPIs.

What you'll do

• Assist in building the annual operating plan (budget) for Operating Expense and Inventory Purchases.
• Update and maintain monthly and quarterly Operating Expense forecasts, including personnel rosters under the COO.
• Deliver variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast) with quantified drivers and actionable insights.
• Support Monthly Close by partnering with business and Operations teams to propose accruals and record prepayments.
• Analyze inventory movements against supply chain procurement cycles and commercial sales forecasts.
• Track KPIs (e.g., Days Inventory On Hand, Excess & Obsolescence) and provide performance insights to business partners.

What you'll need

• Education: CA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including automation techniques.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools for reporting and insights.
• Oracle experience is preferred.
• Workday experience is preferred.
