Overview

Senior Governance and Compliance Manager (Technology Governance & Regulatory Compliance) leading Apex Group’s global governance, risk, and compliance function within Technology Assurance.

What you'll do

• Shape and execute the global GRC strategy aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead enterprise-scale governance, risk management, and compliance programs.
• Oversee regulatory relationships, audits, and board-level reporting.
• Drive innovation and transformation across governance, risk, and compliance practices.
• Represent the GRC function at executive and board meetings.
• Own policy development, regulatory change management, and enterprise risk appetite.

What you'll need

• 12+ years in technology governance, risk, and compliance, including global leadership roles.
• Proven success in regulatory engagement, audit management, and board-level reporting.
• Deep expertise in GRC frameworks and standards (ISO, NIST, COBIT, etc.).
• Deep expertise in regulatory environments.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and negotiation skills.
• Organizational development capabilities.
