Financial Controller

Overview

Financial Controller role responsible for month-end close reporting, cost accounting, audits, and periodic cost analysis and reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage preparation of month-end close reporting.
• Review, validate cost records, and analyze cost trends by cost center.
• Conduct moderately complex cost audits under limited supervision.
• Perform periodic controls and compliance checks and sign off when required.
• Provide detailed cost analysis and explain cost drivers behind variances.
• Ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.
• Standardize and align processes across different company codes.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7 years of experience in cost controlling and cost accounting (including P&L analysis).
• Solid financial background as Cost Accountant, Chartered Accountant, or MBA in Finance and understanding of a control framework.
• Excellent analytical and structured working method.
• High competency in written and verbal English.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and handle high workload/unplanned activities.
• Team player who fosters teamwork.
