Accountant

Overview

Accountant role focused on timely, accurate reconciliation of General Ledger (GL) accounts and clearing reconciling items.

What you'll do

• Reconcile assigned General Ledger accounts in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure accurate clearing of reconciling items according to company policy.
• Post general ledger entries in SAP and customer accounts accurately.
• Research, track, and resolve outstanding reconciling items.
• Use advanced research techniques to identify sources of reconciling items.
• Participate in month-end close activities and day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities in reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum qualifications accept an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience reconciling General Ledger accounts and clearing reconciling items.
• Ability to perform accurate postings in SAP.

• Work mode: balanced hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days at the employee’s choice of office or home workspace.
