Senior Institutional Operations Representative

Overview

Senior Institutional Investment Operations Representative supporting institutional investment operations to deliver accurate, timely and consistent operational services.

What you'll do

• Perform moderately complex to complex institutional investment operations, including trade processing, researching inquiries, reconciling transactions, and reviewing time-sensitive documentation.
• Research and resolve operational issues and exceptions within established procedures, applying sound judgment and knowledge of systems, policies, and requirements.
• Support audit, compliance, risk, and control requirements and address operational or governance issues within the assigned process.
• Identify and recommend process improvements, participate in operational initiatives, and provide guidance or training to less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers, peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and support consistent achievement of operational goals.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge of institutional investment operations, including trade processing, transaction reconciliation, and exception management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with an understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and support less experienced team members.
