Senior Java Backend Developer

Overview

Senior Java Backend Developer responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications and enterprise solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and develop Java and J2EE server-side applications.
• Build and secure high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Support complex frontend features in collaboration with UX/UI designers.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product teams.
• Maintain smooth data exchange between backend and frontend systems.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7+ years of backend software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with relational databases including Oracle, Postgres, or standard SQL.
• Mastery of Git and BitBucket version control tools.
• Experience with Swagger for API documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience in Agile development environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of React.js.
