Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI & ML — Data Collection, responsible for building and scaling a Unified AI/ML Data Collection Platform.

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable AI-driven data collection and enrichment workflows across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Build LLM-based workflows including RAG, prompt orchestration, entity extraction, summarization, classification, and validation.
• Create agentic workflows and model-to-tool integrations with internal tools, APIs, knowledge stores, and data sources.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize ML/LLM models in production with model versioning, CI/CD, tracking, registry, rollouts, and rollback.
• Implement data quality and evaluation frameworks for extraction quality, performance, grounding, latency, coverage, and reliability.
• Build observability for monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, cost tracking, drift detection, and reliability dashboards.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science focused on ML systems, platforms, or distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and experiment tracking.
• Strong model deployment and lifecycle management experience for production-grade ML systems.
• Programming skills in Python and SQL (or similar languages).
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with LLM systems in production including RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

• Location: Mumbai.
• Work mode: Hybrid home/office model described as 4 days in-office each week in most locations.
