Senior Manager, Development Analytical Reporting

Overview

Senior Manager responsible for strategic and technical leadership of clinical analytical reporting across Global Development. Will lead multiple teams/workstreams, set the multi-year roadmap, govern the reporting portfolio, and drive data-product capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop teams of analytical reporting programmers and technical specialists.
• Own capacity planning, prioritization, and delivery governance for study/program/capability work.
• Provide technical direction and review for clinical reports, dashboards, visualization standards, and data transformations.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of patient profiles, listings, cross-domain reports, and review dashboards.
• Oversee curated, analysis-ready clinical dataset development integrating approved EDC and external data.
• Partner cross-functionally to define priorities and fit-for-purpose solutions and represent Analytical Reporting in governance.

What you'll need

• Doctorate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 8+ years, or Bachelor’s with 10+ years.
• 2+ years of people-management experience, or demonstrated leadership of a significant technical team/capability.
• Demonstrated experience delivering clinical data reports, dashboards, visualizations, datasets, or data-review solutions in regulated settings.
• Experience delivering solutions in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or closely related regulated environments.
