Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Overview

Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis to provide financial analysis, modeling, budgeting/forecasting support, and performance reporting to business teams.

What you'll do

• Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance, including variances from budgets and forecasts, and report insights on drivers and trends.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess impacts of business decisions.
• Act as the primary financial liaison between the finance team and business units, working with operational managers.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights to drive growth and improve profitability.
• Support annual budgeting for assigned business units and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor key financial metrics and produce regular reports/dashboards for business units and senior management.

What you'll need

• Qualification: CA or MBA (Finance).
• NBFC experience is required.
• Must have a “knack of lending business.”
