Senior Manager, Research Analysis

Overview

Senior Manager, Research Analysis to lead a team supporting global Primary Market Research (PMR) and Healthcare Research operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of research analysts and project specialists.
• Manage end-to-end operational delivery for global qualitative and quantitative PMR studies.
• Oversee questionnaire design, discussion guides, survey programming, fieldwork, and data quality assurance.
• Drive respondent engagement and panel-building strategies across healthcare stakeholders.
• Manage project portfolios including planning, resource allocation, vendor management, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with consulting, product, and commercial teams to strengthen PMR capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and quality standards.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical market research, research operations, or related functions.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business Administration, Market Research, or related field.
• Experience managing global teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of primary market research operations and HCP engagement processes.
• Knowledge of Primary Market Research operations.
• Experience with vendor management and operational governance.

Details

• Location: Bangalore.
• Work mode: Hybrid work mode (Monday to Friday).
• Work timing: 12-9 PM IST (overlap with US and Europe business hours as required).
