What you'll do

• Lead modernization of legacy applications into cloud-native microservices platforms.
• Define technical roadmaps, architectures, execution plans, and delivery milestones.
• Build, mentor, and lead engineering teams.
• Establish practices for architecture, quality, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Platform, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive execution across complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Lead delivery of key microservices products.

What you'll need

• Engineering leadership experience managing and growing teams in complex product environments.
• Strong Java experience.
• Strong microservices architecture experience.
• Spring Boot experience.
• Background in cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience leading large-scale technical transformation from strategy through execution.
