Overview

Senior Network Operations Engineer responsible for deployment, operations, and continuous improvement of Megaport’s global network infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Deploy and operate the company’s global network infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement to support scalable, reliable, and resilient network services.
• Collaborate with Network Architects, Infrastructure, and Customer Support teams on operations and expansion.
• Expand the global network footprint and increase network capacity.
• Troubleshoot complex network challenges to resolve operational issues.
• Partner with data centre providers and carriers to deliver new infrastructure and maintain availability.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of similar core network engineering experience in the network services industry.
• Experience in large-scale network deployments.
• Expertise in network operations and troubleshooting.
• Focus on automation and performance optimisation.
• Experience supporting customer experience through network service operations.
