Senior Nutrition Sales Executive - Bhopal

Overview

Senior Nutrition Sales Executive for Abbott Nutrition, responsible for territory growth by engaging Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and building demand for Abbott products.

What you'll do

• Identify market and category opportunities within the territory to grow market share at the customer/account level.
• Develop and execute multichannel customer engagement plans to increase demand and recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs across levels of responsibility and influence.
• Deliver consultative sales calls to educate on nutritional interventions and manage objections to secure commitments.
• Set target customers, plan coverage/frequency/call-rate, and ensure timely reporting of daily activities.
• Use data from digital/omnichannel activities to refine HCP profiles and choose engagement activities.
• Measure progress vs account objectives and take action to meet KPIs as assigned by the Sales Manager.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pharma/Nutrition industry.
• Knowledge of nutrition science and ability to translate product knowledge into in-clinic performance.
• Ability to establish contacts and develop relationships with ease.
• Good understanding of numbers and collaboration as a team player.
• Achieve a 60% score in the written test.
• Graduate education in Medicine, science, pharmaceuticals, or nutrition.
