Senior Officer, Branch Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Overview

Senior Officer/Branch Relationship Manager for DBS Consumer Banking Group, responsible for acquiring new-to-bank clients and growing existing client AUM with strong relationship management.

What you'll do

• Acquire and upgrade quality NTB clients in the branch catchment using a need-based approach.
• Drive sustained acquisition via sourcing, local market penetration, and network building.
• Grow wallet share by engaging existing customers for retention, AUM depth, cross-sell, and up-sell.
• Manage activation of e-channels and support Savings Book growth for newly acquired and existing clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, resolving queries and complaints within TAT.
• Maintain compliance through adherence to sales process, due diligence, risk reviews, and AML/KYC requirements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed bank.
• Proficiency in banking products; understanding of HNI sales/wealth management product suite.
• Relationship management and influencing skills.
• Strong service orientation and customer-centric behavior.
• Effective probing and listening skills.
• Graduate (10+2+3 years of education).
• Knowledge of KYC requirements and Anti-money Laundering Policies.
