Overview
Senior Principal Clinical Programmer (Medidata RAVE) serving as a lead clinical programmer and technical SME, managing clinical programming tasks and deliverables across single studies and large programs.
What you'll do
- Lead and support functional clinical programming tasks and project deliverables across studies/programs.
- Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables while leading less experienced programmers.
- Develop, validate, and maintain applications supporting data capture and processing (including EDC/reporting tools).
- Monitor internally and externally hosted applications for performance and system errors and troubleshoot defects.
- Handle system integrations, application updates, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide senior review of program/multi-study core deliveries for accuracy and support sponsor audits.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to teams; may oversee multiple concurrent studies and lead programmers.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience with Medidata Rave, including required Rave SME experience.
- Experience with Rave core configuration changes, migration, EDC build, and complex custom functions.
- Technical exposure to Data Studio.
- Working experience in clinical Metadata Repository (MDR).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) to inform.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English.
