Senior/ Principal - Materials Management QA

Overview

Senior/Principal Materials Management QA role providing quality oversight support for suppliers and materials used by the Indianapolis Device Assembly and Packaging (IDAP) site.

What you'll do

• Coordinate tasks to maintain and update the Approved Supplier List (additions, deletions, modifications).
• Conduct material and supplier risk assessments and periodic supplier performance reviews.
• Coordinate and write Supplier/Service Provider/Affiliate Quality Agreements and ensure compliance to associated requirements.
• Maintain a complaint database by tracking supplier responses for warehouse, incoming, and operations complaints.
• Provide materials quality SME input to site activities such as Six Sigma, new product/process development, and change controls.
• Review and redline GMP documents including specifications and procedures.
• Support regulatory inspection activities with documentation and SME support.

What you'll need

• Demonstrated relevant experience in a GMP facility.
• Proficiency with current computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office, SAP, EDMS, and TrackWise or similar systems.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence externally with suppliers and resources across sites.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a science-related field with 5 to 10 years of experience in a relative function.
