Senior Product Designer

Overview

Lead high-impact product design projects from discovery to delivery, working closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to create intuitive, user- and business-informed experiences for CloudSEK's cyber security products.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design for complex product features, from understanding the problem to designing, testing and refining solutions.
• Comprehend business goals, technical constraints and user needs to shape what we build and why we build it.
• Create wireframes, flows and high-fidelity mockups that solve real problems and align with product strategy.
• Use research insights, usage data and feedback loops to iterate designs quickly.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding, feasibility and alignment across teams.
• Present and advocate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and executives with clarity, rationale and user-centered focus.
• Contribute to user research and usability testing.
• Contribute to the design system to ensure UI consistency and maintain the product's visual and interaction language across modules.
• Mentor and guide junior designers by providing feedback, supporting design reviews and helping uplift craft and processes.
• Keep up with industry trends, tools and best practices, and apply them to improve our product and design process.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in product design for digital applications.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, systems thinking and ability to craft real product experiences that ship.
• Deep expertise in Figma: components, auto layout, prototyping, handoff and collaboration features.
• Hands-on vibe-coding experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, v0), and a track record of using it to build and maintain design systems and live prototypes.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining a design system, not just consuming one.
• Experience building live prototypes in code, not only click-through prototypes in Figma.
• Strong grasp of UX principles, usability, accessibility, interaction design, visual hierarchy and layout.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced teams with evolving priorities.

Nice to have

• B2B or SaaS experience.
• Experience working on enterprise, security or AI-powered tools.
• Familiarity with data-rich dashboards and risk visualization.
• Exposure to WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Awareness of motion design and interaction patterns (micro-interactions, transitions).
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) to better collaborate with developers.
