Senior Product Designer

Overview

Own end-to-end product design for features and experiences within JazzX AI's enterprise AI platform, working from first-hand customer research and partnering closely with Product, Engineering and other cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct your own user research to build an independent, first-hand understanding of customer needs, working backwards from those needs rather than a pre-defined spec.
• Validate concepts through iterative rounds of user feedback throughout the process, not only at the start or end.
• Use AI tools to accelerate exploration, generating concept variations and rapidly building prototypes from low to high fidelity.
• Own end-to-end design for features and workflows within your area, translating complex, multi-step problems into intuitive, usable interactions.
• Apply and extend the design system to keep your work consistent with the broader product.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and other cross-functional teams, turning ambiguity into clear design artifacts through iterative reviews and critique.

What you'll need

• 6–9 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a proven track record of delivering design solutions for projects of significant scope and complexity.
• Experience designing complex, B2B or enterprise applications, and comfort navigating technical constraints alongside engineering partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, driving projects from concept to delivery with limited direction and navigating ambiguity to define what should be built and why.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, and using customer insights and data to build deep customer empathy and inform design decisions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating independent research, concepting and end-to-end problem solving, including case studies that show measurable impact.
• Strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture and visual design, with the ability to relentlessly simplify complex processes into intuitive, elegant UI.
• Fluency in designing human-AI interactions, communicating system behavior, confidence and tradeoffs (how and when AI acts, what it gets right or wrong, and how users stay in control).
• Hands-on experience using agentic AI and generative tools to accelerate design workflows, exploring concept variations, generating assets and building working prototypes ('vibe coding') rather than only static mockups.
• Experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems, including defining reusable interaction patterns and UX frameworks.
• Proven ability to synthesize feedback from business leaders, product management and engineering, and to influence product direction through data-informed thinking and clear storytelling.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
• High bar for quality, clarity and usability.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI-powered, agentic or intelligent-automation products.
• Proficiency in Figma (advanced components, prototyping) and modern prototyping tools, plus enough fluency in HTML/JavaScript/CSS to inform design and interaction decisions.
