What you'll do

• Develop and articulate product vision and strategy for an assigned product area.
• Drive strategy and execution across multiple related product areas with business alignment.
• Own and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives by value, customer impact, and feasibility.
• Translate complex user needs and business requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success across the product lifecycle.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and use data insights to improve and iterate products.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in product management or similar roles.
• Ability to think strategically and translate visions into actionable plans and requirements.
• Deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets to drive product decisions.
• Demonstrated executive stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
