Senior Product Specialist (Implementation) - SaaS

Overview

Senior Product Specialist (Implementation) in the Adoption organization, translating customer business requirements into Zenoti product features for customer adoption.

What you'll do

• Analyze business requirements and map them to Zenoti product features for adoption by existing customers.
• Lead implementations for feature add-ons and enhancements to customers’ Zenoti solutions.
• Define scope, plan, and implement enhancements to streamline operations and increase revenue.
• Run customer adoption procedures and deliver customer service.
• Lead demos, training, walk-throughs, and solution reviews with customer presentations.
• Drive proofs of concept and pilots for complex, high-priority customers.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years of experience in implementation and support of enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong ability to master product functionality and configure software solutions.
• Strong business consulting experience or equivalent in a customer-facing role.
• Proven fast learning of enterprise applications and experience implementing cloud solutions.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into business solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for requirements and solution documentation.
