Senior Project Engineer

Overview

Senior Civil/Project Engineer responsible for planning, design, and execution leadership of civil engineering projects.

What you'll do

• Lead design and analysis for civil engineering projects (roads, bridges, buildings, water systems, infrastructure).
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulators, architects, and surveyors.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, industry standards, safety and environmental requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/construction issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license or equivalent certification.
• 8–12 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, ETABS).
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
