Senior Principal/ Principal Engineer - Civil & Structural

Overview

Senior Principal/Principal Engineer - Civil & Structural is a discipline lead engineering role responsible for delivering design and execution work within contractual quality, schedule, and cost requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement engineering practices, workflows, and procedures and recommend resulting specs.
• Review project work activities and monitor workflow, using KPIs/benchmarks for estimating materials and man-hours.
• Ensure compliance with the Discipline Manual and Job Manual during project execution.
• Ensure design deliverable quality and on-time completion of WBS elements within allotted man-hours.
• Manage technical procurement for C&S items and review/approve applicable vendor documents.
• Lead C&S engineering for projects, including soil/topographical studies and foundation and structural analysis/design.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC or detail design engineering company work.
• Education: MTech/ME or BTech/BE in Civil and Structural.
• Experience in sectors including Oil & Gas, Energy, Refining, and Petrochemicals (as stated).
• Must have strong experience leading Modular projects/handling modularization.
• Experience using STAAD Pro software.
• Tool proficiency: STAAD Pro, Auto-CAD, MS Office, and Smart Plant Review/Navisworks (where listed).
