Senior Project Engineer.

Overview

The Senior Project Engineer installs, configures, commissions, tests, troubleshoots and services building systems or industrial systems in field environments.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and commission complex field devices and system components as per project requirements.
• Utilize standard commissioning tools and software for system setup and validation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues during installation and post-installation phases.
• Perform functional testing to ensure systems meet operational and performance standards.
• Respond to and resolve basic warranty and service-related calls in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation of installation, commissioning, and service activities.

What you'll need

• Diploma / Associate Degree (2-year) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in installation, commissioning, or field service of building systems / industrial systems.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and commissioning tools.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of control systems, HVAC, BMS, or related technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to work independently in field environments.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
