Senior Quality Engineer (Automation - Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)

Overview

Senior Quality Engineer responsible for automated testing, API validation, data quality assurance, enterprise application testing, and Agentic AI system validation.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate backend services, APIs, and database integrations.
• Analyse defects, perform root cause analysis, and track issues through resolution.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows.
• Support release validation, deployment verification, and production activities.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in complete software testing activities.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Programming experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience testing REST APIs and using Postman, Swagger, or API automation frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and database testing.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, autonomous systems, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in financial services, capital markets, asset management, or data analytics.
• Experience with indexes, benchmarks, and asset management.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in performance, security, or reliability testing.
