Senior Research Associate-FD

Overview

Senior Research Associate in Formulation Development at Piramal Pharma Solutions, a CDMO, delivering projects within timelines, cost and specifications across solid oral and other dosage forms.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute NCE projects, generic projects and line extension projects using QbD principles.
• Prepare literature summaries and development reports for assigned products.
• Execute formulation development, process development and manufacturing of GMP batches for assigned products.
• Prepare technical documents such as MFC, BMR, BPR and stability protocols following GDP.
• Follow GxP (GMP, GDP etc.) for all processes and train subordinates to do the same.
• Execute scale-up and pilot/clinical batches under GMP conditions.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of R&D instruments and equipment.
• Procure or indent materials and machine change parts for assigned projects.
• Maintain safe and hygienic conditions in the department.
• Ensure use of personal protective equipment whenever required during batch execution.
• Attend training related to FD, EHS and QA (as applicable).
• Send all generated waste to the concerned person in compliance with EHS requirements.
• Prepare technical presentations and present them to clients.
