Senior RFIC validation engineer

Overview

Responsible for comprehensive validation of key product indicators (KPIs) defined in the system compliance matrix for RF blocks in Connectivity products.

What you'll do

• Validate RF block level parameters of transceiver blocks and understand how RF block parameters affect system KPIs.
• Oversee validation of transceiver blocks including PA, PPA, Mixer, LNA, ADC etc.
• Develop and execute test automation.
• Analyze and summarize test results for the IP design team.
• Work collaboratively with the IP design team to debug issues if any.
• Drive ATE and bench correlation as needed.
• Ensure robust test plans, coverage models, and sign-off criteria.
• Own validation readiness for tape-out, risk production, and mass production.
• Set clear goals, KPIs, and execution frameworks for validation programs.
• Partner closely with Design and Architecture teams.
• Provide regular program updates to senior leadership.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering (or related).
• 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor validation (RF/System), product engineering, or silicon debug.
• Strong hands-on background in lab equipment such as spectrum analyzer, VNA, oscilloscope, and RF signal generator.
• Strong hands-on background in lab bring-up and silicon debug tools such as JTAG, logic analyzers, and scopes.
• Experience in test automation.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
