Senior Sales Engineer - Enterprise, Carolinas

Overview

Serve as a technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout the sales cycle, architecting solutions that address customer pain points and align with technical requirements.

What you'll do

• Create technical product presentations for prospective customers.
• Gather technical requirements and align proposed solutions with customer goals.
• Lead product evaluations.
• Configure products for customer needs.
• Run Proof of Value engagements from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal teams.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems Integrator.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of network security technologies.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
• Experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
• Curiosity about AI tools and a history of integrating new technologies into workflows.

Nice to have

• Industry certification such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP.
• Experience working with large enterprise and major accounts.

• Remote role covering North Carolina or South Carolina.
• Full-time position.
• Base salary: $154,875–$221,250 USD yearly.
