Senior Sales Strategist

Overview

Senior Sales Strategist on the MarketStar Merchant Acquisition project, onboarding Americas restaurateurs onto the DoorDash platform by pitching and signing them to one of DoorDash's commission packages.

What you'll do

• Place outbound calls and receive inbound calls, pitching and convincing restaurateurs to sign for one of DoorDash's commission packages.
• Follow up in a timely manner and schedule call backs to customers where necessary.
• Set high standards of performance for self, taking responsibility and accountability for completing assignments and tasks.
• Make advertisers and their needs a primary focus, developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
• Display expertise through a thorough understanding of products and processes.
• Escalate problems and issues to the Supervisor or Technical Experts when warranted.
• Meet QA/QC requirements and other key performance metrics.
• Communicate proactively with advertisers and stakeholders.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and processes.
• Use tools effectively.
• Maintain shift and schedule adherence.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience in handling calls.
• Min. 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Experience in inside sales.
• Any graduation or Diploma (10+2+3).
• Knowledge of digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong phone presence.
• Strong presentation skills at all levels.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
