Senior Security Engineer - Enterprise Security

Overview

Senior Security Engineer responsible for operating and improving enterprise endpoint security, network access, device trust, and visibility systems. The role includes zero trust policy design, incident triage, automation, and cross-team security support.

What you'll do

• Operate, triage, and tune the endpoint security environment.
• Improve endpoint visibility tools and security workflows.
• Write documentation and runbooks for enterprise security workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Security on security tools and policies.
• Support security investigations as a technical subject matter expert.
• Support remediation of vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
• Mentor Security team engineers on tools and domain knowledge.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant Enterprise Security experience.
• Experience operating endpoint security and visibility tools at enterprise scale.
• Exposure to an additional security stack such as SASE, zero trust, email security, DLP, or IAM.
• Python scripting and debugging experience.
• Experience using SOAR platforms.
• Ability to evaluate security severity and business impact independently.
• Track record of cross-team delivery over multiple quarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with layered endpoint controls, EDR, telemetry, threat intelligence, cloud, and containers.
• Experience with Crowdstrike, Mimecast, Incydr, or Splunk.
• Experience with Terraform infrastructure as code deployments.
• Experience with AI-driven automations.

Details

• Remote position for candidates residing in the United Kingdom.
• Highest-severity on-call rotation is one week out of every ten.
